These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 45bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the 45bet website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 45bet platform, refrain from creating an account, and contact [email protected] to request closure of any existing account you may hold.

45bet reserves the right to modify, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendment will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Use of the 45bet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

45bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any registered player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by an authorised Bangladeshi government body. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of identity within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the account.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on 45bet, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details in the event of any change.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on 45bet. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 45bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and forfeit any bonus balances held across those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 45bet immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

Account Verification

45bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method before withdrawals are processed or large deposits are accepted. Verification requests will be communicated to you by email. Accounts that remain unverified beyond a reasonable period may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. Withdrawal requests submitted during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within two to four hours. Requests submitted outside of peak processing windows may take up to 24 hours. 45bet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request above a threshold value that may be specified in your account dashboard.

Refused Transactions

45bet reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity mismatch, account compromise, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation before any final decision is made.

45bet operates a promotions calendar that includes welcome bonuses for new players, weekly reload offers, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season launch, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual offer.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by 45bet are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion's terms at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses on 45bet is 30x the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus.

Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. A player may not claim a welcome bonus more than once, regardless of whether they open additional accounts. Promotional offers that specify eligibility criteria (such as minimum deposit thresholds, specific payment methods, or opt-in requirements) must be met in full to qualify for the associated bonus.

Bonus Abuse

45bet monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, hedging across markets, and coordinated multi-account play. Where bonus abuse is identified, 45bet reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and restrict the player's access to future promotional offers without prior notice.

Expiry of Bonuses

Unclaimed or unconverted bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the player's account automatically and cannot be reinstated. Cash balances in your account are not affected by bonus expiry.

All sports betting markets and casino games on the 45bet platform are governed by the specific rules published for each sport, market type, and game. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on 45bet.

Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a relevant void rule applies (for example, in the event of a match abandonment or a no-ball ruling in certain cricket markets). 45bet offers betting markets on BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, international cricket fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Market availability may vary depending on the season and fixture schedule.

Live Betting

In-play betting markets on 45bet update in real time. Odds during live betting may change rapidly, and bets placed during a period of network delay may be accepted or declined at 45bet's discretion based on the odds that were valid at the precise moment of confirmation. 45bet accepts no liability for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in a bet being placed at odds the player did not intend.

Casino & Slots

All casino games and slot titles available on 45bet are supplied by internationally certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited for statistical fairness. 45bet does not manipulate game outcomes. Any perceived pattern in game results is a function of statistical variance, not platform interference.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts for sports betting markets and casino games are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. 45bet reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits based on betting history or risk management requirements without prior notice.

Voided Bets

A bet may be declared void by 45bet in circumstances including: the event being cancelled or abandoned without a result; an obvious pricing error on a published market; match-fixing or integrity concerns notified by a governing body; or a technical error in the platform that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. Void bets are refunded at the original stake amount to the player's 45bet account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 45bet platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC verification process.
• Using the 45bet platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 45bet platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players in casino games in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies using 45bet bonus funds in conjunction with external platforms.
• Engaging in any conduct that could damage the reputation, operations, or commercial interests of 45bet.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security infrastructure of the 45bet platform without explicit written authorisation.

45bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected underage gambling; or at the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 45bet account at any time by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Upon receiving your request, 45bet will process the closure within two business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your most recently used payment method within five business days of closure confirmation.

Platform-Initiated Closure

Where 45bet closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any pending wagers may be voided and bonus balances forfeited. Real-money balances that are not associated with fraudulent deposits or bonus abuse proceeds will be returned to the depositing payment method after an internal review period, which typically does not exceed 14 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 45bet platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. 45bet may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as specified in your account dashboard. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable principles of online gaming regulation. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 45bet platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek resolution. 45bet aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct support channels, escalation procedures are outlined in your account dashboard under the "Dispute Resolution" section.
